I’m Kay Jennings, and I want to share with you the keys to how YOU can take control of YOUR health – by better understanding your body and its very unique needs.
Over the years, we’ve all been conditioned to accept that good health care is about treating symptoms. For example: Has your chronic heartburn been diagnosed as GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease)? Chances are, chewable antacids are a regular item on your shopping list.
But what about the underlying cause of your acid reflux? Has your health care provider explored WHY your body overproduces gastric acid? Probably not.
Searching for the root cause is what I do. As an Integrative Functional Medicine practitioner, my passion is to work with you to uncover the causes behind the symptoms:
By incorporating nutrition and hormone balance with physical fitness and permanent weight control, together you and I will put you on a new path of Wellness.
